Emergency services called after LGV overturned spilling oil and anti-freeze in Southfleet Road, Swanscombe

An LGV overturned this afternoon spilling oil and anti-freeze.

Two fire crews were called out, as well as police, KCC Highways and vehicle recovery.

Ten firefighters managed to contain the spillage within 15 minutes using environmental protection packs.

The area was made safe by 1pm, but motorists have been warned to expect delays along that route
