Police called to robbery at bookmakers

Police are investigating a robbery which took place at a betting shop in Gravesend town centre.

Officers were called to Coral bookmakers in King Street, Gravesend, on Friday at 6.50pm after staff reported the robbery.

It is not known how much money was taken.

Investigators conducted an area search but did not find any offenders close to the scene.
