Kris Kringle has been spotted delivering chocolates to random houses to spread some festive cheer.
The secret Santa was caught on camera in Riverview, near Gravesend by dad-of-three Ian Fielding.
The 49-year-old said: "We were sitting watching TV and we heard the Ring doorbell go off with the motion detector. By the time I got up this man was walking away up the road.
"My youngest is seven, she was really made up when she saw the video.
"It is really great that someone would do something like that. It is a completely selfless act.
"I have tried to find out who he is but the card only says from Kris Kringle. It remains a complete mystery."
The footage shows a man dressed up as Father Christmas knocking on doors and rummaging through a bag of gifts on the ground before leaving a box of chocolates and a card outside.
He is then heard wishing the family a "Merry Christmas" before throwing the sack over his shoulder and walking away.
Ian posted the footage on social media on December 17 to credit the kind stranger.
The post read: "We live in an amazing area. Kris Kringle, whoever you are, you just brought the magic of Christmas to our children. Thank you so much."
He believes the man has been doing this for a few years in the area and picks random houses each time.
