It's probably too early to get the sledge out, as the snow has not yet settled amid wet conditions and snow is not forecast for the coming days.

Meanwhile there is now a yellow wind warning in place from midday on Saturday to midday on Sunday for the stretch of coast from Lydd to Dover.
