Teenage fundraiser, Jonjo Heuerman, was among the recipients of the British Citizen Youth Awards medal.

Jonjo said: "I got my medal and I'm feeling really proud, the ceremony was really great and I can't believe I have more letters after my name and I'm only 14.
"I'm going to use the letters to raise more funds and awareness for a cure for cancer.
"Receiving my medal at the Palace of Westminster was amazing and meeting other medal recipients was really inspiring too."
The inaugural event was hosted by American singer and TV personality Kimberly Wyatt.
And West Ham United captain, Mark Noble, even sent a personal message to congratulate him.
He said: "Well done mate, you're an inspiration and having fans like you is what makes me so proud to be a part of the West Ham family."

Jonjo's fundraising efforts are inspired by his football hero, Bobby Moore, and his grandmother who died of bowel cancer seven years ago.
Earlier this year he was the youngest to be named on the New Year’s Honours list and given the British Empire Medal.
