Ebbsfleet's Darren McQueen scored twice on his England C debut on Sunday.
The striker, who netted Fleet's winner in the play-off final earlier this month, took just 34 minutes to open his account at international level.
McQueen delivered a cool finish when he found himself one-on-one with the Panjab FA goalkeeper at Solihull Moors FC.
England were pegged back early in the second half but McQueen doubled his tally when he converted a David Ferguson cross with the aid of a deflection.
That proved to be the winner as England won the match 2-1.
McQueen wasn't the only Kent-based player in action on Sunday.
The Three Lions were captained by Dartford's Keaton Wood, who this week revealed he had postponed a holiday with his girlfriend to make himself available for Paul Fairclough's squad.
Wood's late clearance from underneath his own crossbar denied Panjab an equaliser.
Fresh from signing a new two-year deal at Maidstone United, Kevin Lokko lined up alongside Wood in the England defence at Damson Park.
And there was also a debut for McQueen's Ebbsfleet team-mate Jack Powell, who came on as a substitute during the second half.
