EBBSFLEET recorded their second victory of the Blue Square Premier season with a 1-0 success at Rushden & Diamonds on Saturday.

The only goal of the game came on 32minutes when Stacy Long found Mark DeBolla with a superb pass and his deep cross was driven into the far corner by George Purcell.

Rushden piled forward in the closing stages but failed to find a way past Scott Tynan.
