Hythe Town have signed Margate striker Sid Sollis.

Sollis finished the season on loan with Hythe and has now agreed a permanent move to Reachfields.

He scored 13 goals in 38 appearances during two loan spells with the Cannons and follows Frannie Collin in making the move from Hartsdown Park this summer.

Centre-half Ben Fitchett has also moved from Margate to Hythe.

Fitchett came through the Gate's successful youth set-up and also played for Erith Town and Sittingbourne.

Hythe have now signed four new players this summer having already captured full-back Ryan Cooper from Canterbury City.
