A beauty salon has re-opened in new premises today after shifting from its previous home.

Coco Blush had previously operated in London Road, Tunbridge Wells, close to the Pantiles.

It has now moved into the One Warwick Park Hotel nearby - with its former site now up for sale.

Agents Acorn Commercial are handling the sale of the London Road building which is inviting offers in the region of £750,000 for the freehold.

The four-storey mixed-use building had Coco Blush as the basement retail unit, with three floors of self-contained offices.

However, there is consent to change some of the office space to residential.

It is being offered with vacant possession throughout.
