Photo competition!

The upcoming calendar is expected to be even more exciting than ever.

People will be encouraged to take pictures to promote the area and the winning photo will go on the front page of the calendar. The remaining 11 will be contained in the inside pages.

Photographs must be landscape, and of scenes in the Deal, Dover and Sandwich area.

They can be sent in to our office in Queen Street, Deal or emailed.

Entries will be judged by Mercury news editor Beth Robson, former KM photographer Tony Flashman and Claire.

All shortlisted pictures for the coveted front page will be published in the Mercury.
