MP plans to squeeze bad bosses

TUNBRIDGE Wells MP, Archie Norman, was due to present a new Bill to parliament this week that will limit pay-offs for bungling directors.

Mr Norman, who came eighth in a ballot of MPs for the chance to push for the new law, aims to restrict directors from getting huge pay-offs for failure when shareholders are left empty handed.

The Bill will be debated early next year.
