Shoreham Village Stores, near Sevenoaks, put on the market by Christie & Co

A popular village store is up for sale.

Shoreham Village Stores, near Sevenoaks, offers 1,000sq ft of space and offers a range of products including newspapers, frozen foods, alcohol and a National Lottery terminal.

A three-bedroom flat above the store is also available for an additional rental value of £1,030 per calendar month.

Agents marketing the leasehold of the site, say it is "located in an upmarket residential setting with no local competition nearby".

Jack Dudley, senior business agent at Christie & Co’s Maidstone office, which is handling the sale, said: “This leasehold lock up shop provides a great opportunity for someone wishing to purchase a village store which enjoys good levels of turnover. The agents are seeking an asking price of £85,000 for the leasehold.
