TV presenter and former pop star Cheryl Baker paid a special visit to the KM Group's offices to say thank you for money raised for a leading charity during this year's Kent Excellence in Business Awards (KEiBA).
The personality collected a cheque for more than £1,800 - raised from generous donations made by those attending the county's premier event which took place at the Kent Event Centre in Detling in June.
The event is the highlight of the business calendar, recognising the top enterprises in the county.
Some 700 people gathered to watch the 16 awards be presented, and to see Paul Barrett of Canterbury-based Barretts Motor Group win the outstanding contribution trophy.
During the event donations were collected for the charities Abigail's Footsteps and Royal British Legion Industries.

As patron of Medway-based Abigail's Footsteps, which supports parents of stillborn babies, Cheryl Baker, who lives in Tunbridge Wells, visited the KM's headquarters to thank staff who organised the business event and even popped up on its commercial radio station kmfm.
The Bucks Fizz singer - who continues to tour with two of the other original band members, Jay Aston and Mike Nolan as The Fizz - explained: "It's really important to acknowledge those who help you, and Abigail's Footsteps always does.
"All the money raised goes to such a fantastic cause. And every penny of it goes to something important."
