Together Festival books boyband 5ive for Mote Park, Maidstone, platinum jubilee bash

Boyband 5ive will be topping the bill at Mote Park, Maidstone, when the Together Festival returns in June.

Organisers are calling it Kent’s Biggest Jubilee Celebration. Admission will be free for NHS staff and key workers.

A spokesman said: "Together Festival will be bringing the community together once again with free tickets for NHS staff and key workers.

"Tickets will start at just £5 for non-key workers. We are planning to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee in style."

Also booked to perform are 2017 X Factor winners Rak-su, Shola Ama, Big Brovas and Queen tribute act Magic Queen.

The spokesman added: "It will feature performances from fan favourites from the decades, tribute acts and local bands."

The festival is on Friday, June 3, from 1pm to 10pm.

More acts are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
