Broadcaster ITV Meridian has apologised after technical problems led to this evening's bulletin being broadcast with the wrong soundtrack.
The glitch meant the entire 15 minute show had mismatched pictures and audio when it was screened at 6.25pm.
One segment saw a feature on the Kray twins accompanied by a video of a seal.
A tweet from @ITVMeridian shortly after the broadcast said: "Huge apologies to Meridian viewers in the southeast. Technical problems meant the wrong sound went out."
But viewers had already taken to Twitter to point out the error.
