Contractors are today at work installing new bus shelters in Maidstone’s High Street.
The old shelters were removed last week by JC Decaux after the company lost its contract with Maidstone council.
The new shelters look exactly the same as those removed, except they don’t have the Decaux logo.
In total 87 shelters throughout the borough are being swapped.
