There were delays on the M20 after a car collided with the central reservation.

One lane was closed in the coast-bound carriageway between J8 for Leeds and J9 for Ashford after the collision, near Maidstone services, at 3.10pm.

The vehicles were moved to the hard shoulder and the road was clear by 3.40pm.

Police officers and paramedics attended but there were no reported injuries. No other vehicles were involved.
