Emergency repair works on northbound A249 between Detling and Jade's Crossing

One lane has been closed on the A249 due to a "falling cover".

It's affecting traffic on the northbound carriageway between the Detling turn off and Jade's Crossing.

Lane two of two is closed and emergency repair works are being planned for today.

Congestion has cleared but the lane closure is still in place.
