Maidstone motorists are warned to find alternative routes this morning after traffic lights fail on a busy junction.
The signals at the A249 Sittingbourne Road junction with Holland Road are out, a problem which is leading to a build up of traffic in the area.
Engineers are currently working to rectify the problem.
