For some, the sight of a lorry ploughing into a front garden is a freak accident, but for residents of Chart Sutton it's becoming business as usual.
An HGV turning left into Chart Hill Road from Chart Road became stuck at the front of a cottage and reportedly hitting the front wall in the third such incident in two years.
Police were called to deal with the which happened around 8.30pm on Friday and has left some residents seeing red.
A spokesman for Kent Police said the vehicle came to a stop near the property but did not touch it. This is disputed by residents.
Clinton Green, 74, said the lorry was heading towards Bardsley Farms.
He said: "No one was hurt but all the residents are furious because signs went up about six months ago warning about the unsuitability of the road for lorries."
