A disturbance in Maidstone High Street led to police being called.
The altercation occurred near The Brenchley pub at around at 11.55pm on Friday.
Two men were arrested on suspicion of causing an affray.
One 24-year-old has been issued with a Penalty Notice for Disorder and a second man, aged 22, was arrested but has been released on police bail while officers continue to investigate.
