It is reported while one of the suspects threatened a member of staff, the others took laptops worth £29,146 before fleeing the scene towards the Lake Road area.

Detectives have now released an image of four individuals they would like to speak with.

Investigating officer, PC Alex Bagnall, said: “We would ask that local residents check any private CCTV or dashcam footage between 7.30pm and 8.30pm to see if they have captured the group on film.”

The man said to have threatened a staff member is described as black and around six foot, with an average build and a short beard with his hair in dreadlocks.

He was wearing a black jacket, sunglasses, black jeans and black boots at the time of the incident.

Anyone in the area with doorbell cameras or CCTV, and drivers who may have been in area at the time are urged to review any footage.

Anyone with information should call the appeals line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/57791/24.
