Kent Police desperate to find missing Maidstone man Nikola Georgiev one month on from disappearance

Detectives investigating the disappearance of a 39-year-old man are continuing their search one month on from when he went missing.

Nikola Georgiev, was last seen in the Upper Stone Street area of Maidstone more than four weeks ago and has not been seen since.

He was last spotted at around 8pm on Sunday, March 17, and police are becoming increasingly concerned over his whereabouts.

Inspector Andy Rogers of the Maidstone Local Policing Team said: "We remain very concerned for the welfare of Mr Georgiev, who has now been missing for more than a month.

"We have carried out a significant number of inquiries to try to locate him and continue to encourage anyone who knows of his whereabouts to make contact with us as soon as possible.

"We would especially like to hear from any members of the local Bulgarian community who may know Mr Georgiev and be able to provide important information to help us locate him."

Police are continuing to appeal to members of the public for their help in a bid to track Mr Georgiev down.

He is described as being of medium build with short black hair. It is not known what clothing he was wearing when he went missing.

Mr Georgiev is also believed to have connections to the Brighton area of Sussex.
