Police have launched an appeal for witnesses after a woman is alleged to have attacked a man.

The assault took place in Freelands Road, Snodland, on Saturday. (Sept 28)

Investigating Officer Det Insp Richard Pringle said: "We would particularly like to speak to a man who was standing at a nearby bus stop and may have stepped in."

The incident happened at around 5pm and the victim was injured on the back of his head.
