A lorry driver was stopped on the M20 while apparently watching a cartoon on his phone.
The driver was travelling between junction 1 for Farningham and 2 for West Kingsdown as he approached the top of Wrotham Hill.
Kent Police's Roads Policing Unit stopped the man just after 2pm yesterday and reported him for summons to court.
