A man was taken to hospital after an incident on a building site in Rainham.
Paramedics and the air ambulance were called at around 3.45pm yesterday to reports of a man with a leg injury at a site in Otterham Quay Lane.
The man was assessed and treated before being taken to Medway Maritime Hospital by road for further treatment.
The Health and Safety Executive has been approached for further information.
