Drivers faced queues on the M2 after a car has overturned in a crash.

All traffic was held on the westbound carriageway between junction 3 in Chatham and Rochester and junction 2.

Police were called at 9.49am and confirmed no injuries were reported.

All lanes stopped at around 10.10am, about a mile after Junction 3.

At approximately 10.30am, both junctions were closed as emergency services attended the scene.

The crash has now been cleared to the hard shoulder and closure removed.

Drivers might still face delays of up to 10 minutes.
