LEARN MOREFirefighters were called to protect a property and extinguish a blaze.
Smoke could be seen billowing from an outbuilding as four fire engines attended the address in Main Road, Chattenden, near Rochester.
Crews wearing breathing apparatus used main jets and hose reel jets to protect the nearby property and douse the flames at around 3pm.
No casualties were reported and the cause is believed to be accidental.
