Dozens of firefighters are tackling a major blaze at Strood Yacht Club.
At least three boats are on fire, including a 30ft motor launch moored at a pontoon.
Crews are moving other boats away from the fire, and a fire launch boat in on its way to the scene at Temple Manor Marsh to help deal with the incident.
At least 25 firefighters are currently at the scene.
