A man has been taken to a London hospital with serious injuries after falling "from a height" this evening.
Police were called to the Railway Street area of Chatham at about 8.15pm.
Officers attended along with paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service.
A police spokesman said: "Officers were called to a report that a man had fallen from a height in the Railway Street area of Chatham.
"The man was taken to a London hospital with serious injuries.
"Enquiries are ongoing but the incident is not currently being treated as suspicious."
