A 23-year-old who was reported missing in the early hours has been found safe.

Concerns were raised over the whereabouts of Ryan Clout at 1.20am.

Ryan was believed to be the Sturry Road area of Canterbury, having gone missing from the city's Military Road.

Although a picture was not available, officers hoped members of the public may have been able to recognise him from his distinctive clothing.

He is reported to have been wearing a grey hooded jumper, dark grey tracksuit bottoms and pink sandals, understood to be Crocs, when he went missing.

Police say Ryan has now been safely located.
