A cat that needs regular medical attention has gone missing from his Aylesford home.

Merlin, a tabby, was last seen by his owner Val Danvers-Wright on Monday, November 4, although she believes he may have been spotted as recently as Tuesday, November 19 at Aylesford Station.

The two-year-old feline has had his tail amputated and is vulnerable due to injuries he suffered from a car accident that broke his pelvis and compressed his spine.

Ms Danvers-Wright, of Station Road, said: “I am desperately worried about him, especially with all his previous injuries, and he does need regular medical check-ups, which makes it especially urgent that we find him.

“When he disappeared he was wearing a collar with an id tag, and a radio tracker tag.
“We can normally find him but it doesn’t seem to be working this time. He is neutered and microchipped.”

There is a reward available for information leading to his return.
