A two-car crash left a major route blocked during the morning rush hour.

Police were called shortly before 9am near the Medway City Estate which caused tailbacks approaching the industrial estate in Strood.

One lane along Berwick Way was closed after the incident involving a black Audi and a red Volkswagen.

A police spokesman confirmed no injuries were reported and the road had been cleared by 10am.
