Jamie reached the finals of the ITV show in April 2014, under the guidance of coach Kylie Minogue, and finished fourth overall.

Millie, a florist in Dartford, will be looking to go one step further and win the competition this year after she was selected by Olly Murs to join his team.

She takes part in the Battles round this weekend.

The two will showcase their vocal ability at a fundraising event in aid of baby loss charity Abigail's Footsteps.

It is the Medway Messenger's Charity of the Year.

The money raised will go towards vital funds for specialist baby loss counselling in Kent and bereavement training for Medway Maritime healthcare professionals in April.

Faye Hill, head of operations and events for Abigail's Footsteps, said: "We are delighted that Millie will be at our event alongside Jamie Johnson.

"A huge thank you to our corporate sponsor Spec Savvy Opticians for the evening.

"Guests will be greeted with welcome drinks on arrival and can enjoy good food throughout the evening which will consist of Italian meats and cheese platters.

"There will be a raffle, which includes a £100 Bluewater gift voucher, and a great auction where people can win an executive box for 10 at a Gillingham FC home game this season.

"We really hope people can join us in what will be an incredibly heart felt and feel-good evening, raising lots of money for a good cause."

Tickets are now on sale and cost £20 per person with 100% of the money raised going towards the charity.
