Gillingham boss Ady Pennock was quick to show his players a rerun of their undoing against Fleetwood.
Pennock admitted to being ‘bamboozled’ by his team’s defending after they again failed to hold it together at the back.
The Gills twice led against Fleetwood but two late goals won it for the visitors.
“We are very low after that,” said the Gills boss.
“We played well. They are a good side, going for automatic promotion and we gave a good account of ourselves.

“But again, you can’t give away three goals and that is what we did. That has been the case all season.
“The goals we concede are phenomenal and they bamboozle me sometimes. You work every single day with the boys, do this that and the other, and they then concede goals like that.
“I put the projector on in the changing room straight after the game and showed them what I had just witnessed. It is just not acceptable.
“We did give a good account of ourselves, it was an entertaining game, for the neutral, but it was a poor result for us.”
Gillingham have made a habit of conceding late goals, losing Saturday’s game in the 92 minute.
He said: “We have conceded so many late goals and it (their League 1 safety) should be done and dusted by now. We have to now rely on Walsall to do us a favour (at home to Port Vale on Tuesday).
“I am just disappointed in the result. We gave a good account of ourselves, played really well and we would have definitely taken 2-2 because we deserved something.”
