Only three houses remain at Meriden Heights, Simon Wright Homes’ development of luxurious four and five-bedroom homes in East Farleigh, near Maidstone.
Every home is designed to reflect its village location, with a mix of traditional red brick, white weatherboarding and slate roof tiles. Each offers spacious, flexible accommodation, incorporating either a kitchen/breakfast room or kitchen/family room with doors opening to the garden, a separate dining room and lounge, utility room, cloakroom and study.
In all remaining homes the master bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom, with a family bathroom to serve the remaining bedrooms. There is an ensuite and fitted wardrobes to the second bedroom in plots three and six. Each home has a garage.
Superior materials give a high quality feel to the properties. Kitchens include an AEG electric double oven, five-ring gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine and customers buying plot two or plot six can personalise their home with a choice of kitchen finishes. Bathrooms, en suites and cloakrooms include white Ideal Standard sanitaryware and a choice of wall tiles.
Meriden Heights offers a mix of individually-designed, prestigious homes that are great for families, said Janet Burnell of Simon Wright Homes.
"We are also offering a combination of incentives to suit our purchasers’ needs so it’s a good time to buy here at the moment."
Remaining properties are plot two, a four-bedroom home at £490,000; plot three, the five-bedroom show home at £549,000; and plot six, a four-bedroom home at £495,000.
The development opens Sundays from 10am to 4pm; all remaining properties can be viewed. For information or to register interest, call selling agent RPC Land & New Homes on 01622 691911.
