The master bedroom has its own private, sea-facing balcony that has enough space for outdoor furniture and is the perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset.

One part of the property that isn’t short of space is the garden, which includes a decked area that spans the full width of the house.

The outdoor space continues into a long, south-easterly facing lawn with potted plants, shrubs and trees, with plenty of spots to set up a sun lounger or entertain friends and family.

If you feel like making the most of your beachfront location during the summer, you can simply step out of your front door and within moments be in the heart of Whitstable’s West Beach.

From there, you can take a stroll past the Old Neptune pub and towards the town centre, which boasts a high street of independent shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a handful of well-known chains.

While Whitstable is one of the county’s best-loved destinations, if you feel like venturing further afield then the bustling city of Canterbury is less than 30 minutes away in the car.
