This three-bedroom property tops the list as the priciest flat in the county, coming in at a cool £1.7 million. The apartment, overlooking Broadstairs’ Joss Bay, has spectacular sea views and you can even spot Charles Dickens’ holiday home, Bleak House, in the distance.
