Agency aims to put job seekers at ease

GRAVESEND-based recruitment agency the Kemp Staff Agency has just celebrated 30 years in business with a move to new offices in the heart of the town.

Looking back over the agency’s time in business owner Ruth Kemp has seen many changes.

She said: "The most recent trend we have noticed is the number of companies willing to offer temporary positions with a view to making the appointment permanent at a later date.

"This is the best of both worlds as the company gets a chance to evaluate the employee and vice versa."

Kemp prides itself on the extra care it offers all the candidates it serves.

The new offices have a distinct 'just pop in and have a chat' look about them and makes every candidate feel at ease from the first visit.
