Tattyana Mikova Akova banned from driving for 20 months after pleading guilty to drink driving in Bradbourne Road Sevenoaks

A 26-year-old has been banned from driving for 20 months after admitting drink driving and using a vehicle without a test certificate.

Tattyana Mikova Akova pleaded guilty to the charges at West Kent Magistrates' Court.

The resident of St John's Hill, Sevenoaks, drove a VW Golf in Bradbourne Road on Thursday, October 6, without a test certificate.

When stopped by police she gave a breath test of 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath.

The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

She was banned from driving for 20 months and must also pay a £325 fine, £85 costs, and a £30 victim surcharge.

Disqualification could be reduced by 151 days if she has satisfactorily completed a driving course by Thursday, November 24.
