A scooter rider in Swanley was so busy looking at police officers, he crashed straight into a parked car.
The incident happened in Lynden Way as police from the Sevenoaks community policing team arrested two suspects for public order offences.
The scooter rider did not suffer any serious injury during the incident.
Police are warning people to stay alert and keep their eyes on the road.
