Drivers facing rush hour delays after three-vehicle smash on M25 near Swanley

Commuters are facing long delays this morning following a three-vehicle smash on the M25.

A car, a van and a truck collided just before 7am on the clockwise carriageway, near junction 3 for Swanley.

Traffic was held for a short amount of time to safely move the vehicles involved onto the hard shoulder.

There do not appear to be any injuries as a result of the crash.

All lanes have now re-opened but highways chief still recommend allowing extra time for journeys.
