Air ambulance lands at Sheppey Hospital for heart attack patient

A man has been flown to hospital after reportedly suffering a heart attack on the Isle of Sheppey.

The air ambulance landed at the Sheppey Community Hospital at around 3.30pm yesterday.

A spokesman for the air ambulance trust revealed they were called to respond to a medical emergency.

The patient, who is believed to have suffered a cardiac arrest, was flown to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford for further treatment.
