Police hunting driver who fled accident in Millenium Way, Sheerness car park

A road was partially blocked after a vehicle hit a pedestrian and fled the scene.

Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service were called to a car park in Millenium Way, Sheerness just before 2.30pm.

The victim is not thought to have been seriously hurt.

The driver of the car failed to stop after hitting the pedestrian and police are still searching for the vehicle.
