Two suspects sought after 'glass attack' in Sheerness town centre

Police are hunting two suspects after a man suffered life-changing injuries in a glass attack.

Officers were called to Sheerness High Street just after 2am on Saturday to reports the victim had collapsed on the pavement near the entrance to Beachfields.

He was rushed to a London hospital where he was treated for injuries which have been described as life-changing.

It was reported that the man was assaulted by two men who were part of a larger group that also consisted of about five women and another man.

The suspects have been described as a white man, aged in his 20s with a medium build and wearing jeans and a blue shirt with a stripe.

A second man, also in his 20s and wearing a white t-shirt, is also being sought.
