Sheerness children from Rose Street Primary School took part in an Easter bonnet parade

There was lots of creativity on show at a school’s Easter bonnet parade.

All the pupils at Rose Street primary in Sheerness took part in the crafty fun on Friday.

The youngsters were encouraged to bring in things from home which they could add to the hats they made in class.

Some creative parents even made their own bonnets and took part in the parade.

Administration officer Nicky Austin said: “The children enjoyed the activity.

“The range of styles and imaginative ideas was fantastic.
