Three people were taken to hospital following a car crash which left a car in a ditch.

Police attended the scene in Lower Road, Eastchurch, shortly before 10am on Saturday, where they were joined by ambulance crews and Kent Fire and Rescue Service.

Two cars, a blue Mitsubishi Colt and a black Nissan Almera, were involved in the collision.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or who may have seen the vehicles driving in the moments leading up to it.
