South Avenue Day Nursery, Sittingbourne celebrated re-launch of Busy Bees Childcare

South Avenue Day Nursery in Sittingbourne celebrated the re-launch of Busy Bees Childcare with a princess and pirate fun day.

The event on Saturday raised £180, with activities including a treasure hunt, hook-a-duck and lucky dip.

As many as 30 parents and children dressed up for the occasion, pitting Princess Elsa against Captain Jack Sparrow.

Nursery assistant manager Lorna Goodchild said: “All the children that came along had a fantastic time and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Busy Bees Childcare will hold its next fundraising open day on Saturday, October 31, when Halloween will be the special theme.
