An AA Driving School car overturned in a quiet residential road.

The car flipped in Eastwood Road, in Sittingbourne at around 5.50pm yesterday.

One resident said: "We heard lots of noise like someone smashing up a car.

"It was so strange how it happened, the tow truck just rolled it back over and took it away.

"Nothing really happens down our road it's a quiet road.

"We were all gobsmacked trying to work it out, it's only a narrow road once cars are parked either side."

The ambulance service have confirmed it was called to the scene.

The Joint Response Unit attended along with police, who have been contacted for further comment.

No one required further hospital treatment.

An AA spokesman said the company is aware of the incident and is "supporting the driver".
