Crash involving car and skip lorry on A249 Maidstone Road in Sittingbourne

There is slow traffic on the A249 Maidstone Road in Sittingbourne due to an accident.

The crash, involving a car and a skip lorry, occurred at the Key Street Roundabout.

Police were called to the collision shortly before 7.30am.

The road had been partially blocked, but police have said it has since been cleared.

They added that no injuries were reported.
